• the type of enquiry, and for transport enquiries the pickup and delivery locations, container type and preferred date;
• the shipment details, message and any additional requirements you write in the form.

If you email us directly, we receive the contents of your email and your email address.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and arrange transport you ask for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How enquiries are handled

Each form submission is sent by email to the company inbox responsible for that type of enquiry: operations for transport enquiries, accounts for billing questions and our general inbox for other enquiries. Depending on how the website is configured, a copy of the enquiry may also be stored in a database on our web hosting account so that enquiries are not lost if an email fails.

Security and spam prevention

To protect the form from misuse, the website:

• sets a session cookie when you open the contact page. It is used only to confirm that a submission came from our form, and it expires when you close your browser;
• records a one-way hashed form of your IP address with the time of submission, for a short period, to limit repeated submissions;
• keeps technical error logs that do not include the contents of your enquiry.

Our hosting provider may also keep standard server access logs.

Videos

Company videos on this website are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Cookies and analytics

Apart from the session cookie described above, this website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to provide any services you request and to maintain our business records.
