Operations and process

From enquiry to completion

What happens after you send an enquiry, what we check before a vehicle is assigned and which documents are usually involved.

Enquiry lifecycle

Eight stages of a movement

This is the usual sequence. The exact steps, timings and documents depend on the shipment and are confirmed by our operations team.

You send your requirement through the enquiry form or by email to our operations team.
